Not one but TWO great exchanges opened this week! waybackexchange (which I wrote for) was for any canon which had been closed for more than ten years. It's got a great range of fandoms from 90s megafandoms to smaller and older stuff. hurtcomfortex is a multifandom exchange for, you guessed it, hurt/comfort fic, and has an even wider range of fandoms. Both produced a lot of great fic, I highly recommend going and checking it out. (And see if you can find my wayback fic!)

These are my favorite Wayback fics:
First, I received a REALLY EXCELLENT Star Trek: Enterprise fic, Trip/T'Pol AU futurefic. It's them living on Vulcan and it's got such great Vulcan culture bits and I love the way their relationship is written, it really is excellent.
Heartrate. "I shall endeavor to impress you," T'Pol says. "Even after all these years, I believe I am still capable."

Chronicles of Narnia
The Spirit's Tender Steel. Susan & Edmund. Tashbaan was noisy in a way that no part of Narnia was. It rang with human voices and human tools. The air in the harbor smelled of sewage rather than of the kelp and dead fish that Susan expected. Susan had known, of course, how very many people lived in Calormen's capitol, but it had been an abstract number, one she hadn't been able to visualize except as 'bigger than Anvard.'

This was her having touched a few grains of sand in preparation for suddenly encountering a beach. Words couldn't convey the sensory experience to anyone who hadn't had it before; they only echoed what listeners and readers already knew.

DC Cartoons (Timmverse)
Makeshift League.  Lois/Bruce, Lois/Clark.  It's good for them. That doesn't mean they are good at it.

Despite Darker Tendencies. Jason Todd & Dick Grayson. Jason wakes up drugged and nauseous in a dark basement. He soon finds that he isn't alone.

Hot Cat on a Tin roof. Tim Drake & Jason Todd, a/b/o. Tim misjudges the timing of his cycle. Jason finds him on a roof. Like you do.

Lord of the Rings
A Road Bright and Swift. Legolas/Gimli. Gimli, freshly-wakened, was lying with his head propped on one hand, his blanket at his waist. And he said, his voice morning-hoarse, "If my memory doesn't fail me, we'll be reaching the River Limlight soon. I'd dearly love a wash."

Legolas's heart seized and tightened. The Limlight was in the very north of the forest, and once across it, they would emerge from their easy wandering, cracking out of the chrysalis to the pain of the open air. No more Fangorn, no more careless peace, no more Gimli at dawn stretching his muscles limber and grumbling about the wear of a bootsole.

And all the future losses lined themselves up.
